Dyrnwyn Fragment Respawn

Dyrnwyn blade and tip fragments can return at different charred fortresses.

After a blade or tip fragment is collected, that fragment type enters a shared world cooldown of 16 to 32 hours. Its next batch appears at randomly selected known charred-fortress altar sites. Watch chat for the found and respawned announcements, then explore other fortresses.

With extended world, the fragment can spawn at multiple locations simultaneously to maintain the same probability to find. If either is picked, all clones will despawn.
