Starred creatures offer better chances at some rare drops.
For drops that do not already use the normal level multiplier, Sunshine Alley raises a non-guaranteed drop's chance by half its base chance for each extra star. This includes eligible trophy and rare-drop rolls. A higher chance still does not guarantee a drop.
