Territories are placed at ALL boss locations, traders, and other various public locations on all servers.

These areas are shown as a coloured (Green/Orange) disk on the map.

No building or landscaping is allowed in a Territory.
This is required to reduce lag during Boss events etc.

At Towns this is required to allow acess to the Town by all players but to limit who can build/demolish there

To build in these locations you need to submit your plan/idea to a Thane to have it approved as a petition to the King.
Approval is rare so you need a GOOD Reason.

During the Progression Server Era's players may discover, and build at Boss locations before the Territory is placed there.

Be Aware - If your build is inside the Territory you will lose access to it and the ability to further build , or demolish it.
You can petition a Thane to help you recover your materials, or if your build can be seen as beneficial to the community, it may be incorporated into the Territory as a public facility.
