Ashlands is a hostile environment.

As in vanilla game, if you build in wood then it will burn in the next fire rain.

In addition to this, Anything close to Fortresses, are auto destroyed within hours. or when the Fortress respawns. Note that this also applies to terrain modifications

No materials are left.

Note: Wood burns in Ashlands so any wood components will be gone fast.
