Yes, by default it lets you plant everything,
removing all the requirements to foraging outdoors for berries etc,

Most of this is disabled

We only have the decorative bushes, and grow timers
its why the trees regrow quickly if you do not stump them

But all useful crops must still be harvested in the wild
except for those you can farm in the vanilla game.
