Quickslots works as an extension to the normal 1-8 slots allowing for more items to be keybound. Kaybinds can be changed here: Config files / Keybinds

1-8, Equipment slots and Quickslots are all generally ignored by other addons such as Quick Stack, EpicLoot's Sacrifice, and sell to Trader for players convenience and safety.
