Welcome to Sunshine Alley, one of the oldest and most close-knit Valheim communities! Founded by King Harald shortly after Valheim’s early access release, our servers offer an epic, cooperative experience where you’ll carve your legacy, conquer challenges, and forge lasting friendships. Whether you’re a new Viking or a seasoned warrior, we’re thrilled to have you aboard!

Sunshine Alley combines the classic Valheim experience with an MMO-inspired twist, featuring:

• Progression Server: Start your journey on our seasonal Progression Server, with a slow-paced, era-based progression system to ensure everyone can keep up.
• Eternal Server: Build lasting creations on the Eternal Server (Main), featuring a main town with a trading district, portal hubs, and the Sunshine Saga questline with multiple chapters of quests offering unique rewards.
• Community-Driven: Join a supportive community via our Discord, with events, trading, and collaboration.

To become a part of Sunshine Alley:

• Apply on Discord: Submit an application on our Discord. Once approved by a Thane or King Harald, you’ll earn the Viking title. (Check out the full guide at Apply to Join - and Register.)
• Review the Rules: Read the Server Rules to ensure a positive experience. Ask questions on Discord if anything is unclear.
• Install the Launcher: Download our custom Launcher for seamless access. See the guide for details.
• New Character: Create a new character for Sunshine Alley, as no items or progression transfer from existing characters. All data is saved server-side.

Your adventure begins on the Progression Server, where you’ll progress through eras by defeating bosses in community expeditions (announced on Discord). This server features a Central Town with free amenities and a portal hub. Prove your worth by vanquishing the final boss to earn the Berserker title, unlocking access to the Eternal Server and other Sunshine Alley servers.

The Eternal Server (Main) is a permanent world for long-term creations. Its main town includes a trading district, extensive portal hubs, and the Sunshine Saga questline, featuring multiple chapters, each with over 50 quests. These quests offer various enchantment materials and skill enhancements, with rewards varying by quest. Completing quests also unlocks merchants offering better prices.

The heart of Sunshine Alley is its vibrant community. Jump into Discord channels like #vikings-chat, #buy-and-sell, and #looking-for-group to connect, trade, and team up. Participate in server-wide Boss Expedition Events to unlock new biomes and share your adventures. Whether you need help or want to share tips, our Vikings are here for you!
