We have 3 extra items for the Utility slot that Epicloot provides in your pack.

Default items that can go in this slot are the Weight Belt and the Mistlight.

We have added a Ring, a Belt and a Necklace.

These, during progression, are purely ornamental but on Main they can be enchanted adding bonus effects to your build.
